Terms and Conditions

Please see below the list of Terms and Conditions of My Club Website. If at any time you disagree with these terms please inform us and we will cancel your subscription. Our terms and conditions are used to provide protection for My Club Website and also your club’s best interests. We recommend that you are fully aware of the terms conditions of this site and My Club Website for your club.

1. My Club Website an Australian based company and all prices are displayed in Australian dollars.
2. My Club Website reserves the right to decline its services to a person, club, entity or association.
3. Content on club websites are not in the control of My Club Website and My Club Website are not responsible for the content contained within a My Club Website club website
4. If My Club Website feels a club is using the application provided by My Club Website inappropriately, My Club Website reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel a clubs subscription without refund.
5. If a club provides misinformation about its purpose, operations or contact details etc. My Club Website has the right to suspend/cancel its services to the club.
6. No warnings will be provided for inappropriate content and/or images on My Club Website club websites.
7. My Club Website reserves the right to determine what is and is not acceptable content to be displayed on a club website.
8. My Club Website only provides Email support, phone support will be provided if My Club Website administrators decide it is required.
9. My Club Website is not responsible for loss of data or information stored within My Club Website. Although all precautions are taken to ensure data and information is stored and backed up safely
10. Invoices will be available to view and print online through your administration interface. You will be notified when a new invoice is available through your registered email address.
11. My Club Website does not guarantee that all messages transferred to clubs via email or post will be delivered successfully. All My Club Website messages will be available online through the club administration interface.
12. My Club Website does not guarantee that you will successfully receive your invoice notifications. It is important that your club website administrators check the administration area for new invoices and important messages on a regular basis.
13. The first subscription invoice is due within 14 days of the invoice date and will cover your first month and following package subscription term of My Club Website. If your payment is not received by the due date, your club site will be made inactive until paid.
14. For all My Club Website subscriptions payment must be made in advance as per the invoice details.
15. The dates that this invoice covers for subscription to My Club Website will be stated on your invoices. All payments will be due within 14 days of the Invoice Date. This date will be printed on your invoice. Failure to pay any invoice will result in your site becoming inactive at the end of your subscription.
16. You can cancel your subscription at any time however My Club Website does not offer refunds for paid invoices. Once your invoice is paid for a subscription time period, your subscription term is final until your latest subscription “To Date” has passed (this date can be found on your last invoice). By either cancelling before the end of the subscription (please email My Club Website) or not paying your next invoice will deactivate your site from My Club Website. (no warnings will be provided regarding payment of an invoice)
17. Extras are charged separately from the My Club Website subscription and are required to be paid upon application. No refunds will be provided if these items are requested from and processed by My Club Website.
18. Clubs must also be aware of the My Club Website Privacy Policy when registering and using the My Club Website application
19. My Club Website reserves the right to change their terms and conditions and privacy policy without warning.
20. If at any time your club does not agree with any of the terms and conditions of My Club Website please inform My Club Website and cancel your subscription.
21. My Club Website is designed and managed by Turkey Sports Pty Ltd ACN 128 751 146 trading as “My Club Website”.

Limitation of Liability
Your use of and browsing on this Web site are at your own risk. Neither My Club Website nor any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering this Web site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, this Web site. In addition, My Club Website disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users.
