Please provide 3 club colours (html code colours preferred) that your club uses as their club colours. These colours can also be used on your site. If you do not know your club colours, do not worry. These can be changed at any time after registration.

If you've already got a domain for your club and would like it moved to My Club Website. Please supply it below so it can be set up for your new club website. Further instructions will be supplied to you regarding your domain once your registration is complete by My Club Website administrators.

Remember your first month is free. You can change your package anytime during your first month. Once your subscription has been paid, you will be able to change your subscription package at the end of that subscription period.

Please provide us with a brief description (less than 100 words) of the purpose of your club and what functions / services it offers its members. This description will be used for our club administrators to setup your club Meta Tags (used for search engines) and to ensure your site operates under My Club Website's terms and conditions.

Note: Free Month(s) are added to the end of your selected plan. The Free Months Referral Offer only valid for clubs on the "Pay 5, Take 6" or "Pay 9, Take 12" packages. Your club must pay for the selected package before the free month will be assigned to the referring club.
